Hands down, one of my favorite meals! When living with a Mental Disorder, I don’t think people understand how IMPORTANT what we put into our bodies is.

Heck I don’t for the most part 🙈

But the first step is realizing you are eating like shit and taking a look at how you feel… you probably feel like shit too. I know I can tell the difference.

It’s all about small changes. My small change this week is changing my breakfast and lunch routine. Which means, no more bad sugars and no more take out, more tea and water, more real food.

Make 1 small change this week. Not to better your appearance but to better your mind and inside your body. The other benefits are a bonus ❤
