Whiskey Words & a Shovel Review

– Whiskey Words & a Shovel By R. H. Sin –

Well after reading some Thrillers, I was ready for something different. This brought me to Whiskey Words and a Shovel 2, a series of poems.
Pro: Took me 45 minutes to read, there were a handful of poems I enjoyed and it wasn’t so horrible I couldn’t finish it.
Cons: Very repetitive. I didn’t find it very poetic. It was mostly about loving the wrong person. And I feel the author went on Pinterest and searched “Top love/life quotes” Lots of it was so cliche and seemed to take popular life mantras and add his own line to it. I was disappointed. 2/10 because I liked a handful of the poems.
